Winter Cereal Ryegrain is a hardy, cool-season cereal grain known for rapid fall growth and winter hardiness. It establishes quickly in well-drained soils and provides early spring forage. Excellent for cover cropping, grazing, or hay production in northern climates, it has beards so its best to graze before heading occurs.
Planting Guide: Drill seeding is 80-120 lbs/acre; 125-150 lbs/acre when broadcast or in critical areas; should be planted 1-1&1/2 inch in depth
