Crimson Clover, Kentucky Pride
Crimson Clover, Kentucky Pride
Kentucky Pride Crimson Clover is a fast-growing annual legume known for its brilliant red blooms, soil improvement benefits, and early-season forage production. It establishes quickly in cool weather and performs best in well-drained, fertile soils with full sun. This variety offers excellent nitrogen fixation and works well in cover crop mixes, pasture rotations, or wildlife food plots. Ideal for farmers and landowners looking to boost soil health while adding vibrant spring color to their fields, it over winters in most places in the Intermountain West, but does not do well in high temperatures.
