Latar Orchardgrass is a late-maturing, cool-season perennial bunchgrass developed for forage production, hay, and pasture improvement. High digestibility and low lignin content, making it nutritious for livestock. Latar is less winter-hardy than some varieties but recovers rapidly after harvest, especially under irrigation.
Planting Guide: Seeding Rate alone/acre 15-20 lbs; in mix/acre 5-8 lbs; Seeding depth 1/4 to 1/2"
